  • What happens after I place an order? Most items are made upon purchase, and lead times vary between 2-5 business days. If more time is required, it will be indicated in the item description. One-of-a-kind items are ready to ship.
  • When do you ship? Friday is my standard shipping day, but exceptions may be made upon request.
  • How do I care for my textile jewelry? Many of the fabrics I use are vintage, upcycled , or quite delicate. Gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Feel free to reach out if you require assistance with care for a specific piece.
  • Do you smoke or have pets? I’m allergic to cats/dogs/smoke. Although contact with indigo+onyx materials is restricted, all products are created in my cat-friendly, non-smoking home. Please use discretion when purchasing textile items.
  • What can I do if my jewelry breaks? I offer a lifetime guarantee on all jewelry. If your piece breaks, please reach out for a free repair. I will do my best to repair or remake the piece with currently available materials. (I only ask that you cover the cost to ship it to me.)
